Pavillion Plans, Summer into Fall update!
It’s been a wonderful summer so far, and with only a little over a week left before fall being we’re excited to say that planning progress has been made this summer towards construction of a pavillion at the Clinton Community Park.
Missoula County Parks has been working diligently in order to continue improvements to the park this summer. Using money raised through now, we have about enough to build a pavillion. The plan is to build the pavillion in the north/east area. It will be connected to the existing short concrete walk to the Skate Park surfaces. As of our last meeting with the county there’s a bid to build the structure by Bad Goat, and it’s likely CSS Contracting will be doing the concrete. The hope is to have this structure completed by the end of the 2025 season.
As with any donation+community funded project these things take time, and volunteers, to make happen, but it is happening!
There’s plans being put together to do another after school skate camp with the school this fall as well.
As always, thanks very much to our donors and community. This park could not exist without everyone’s contributions!
